  1. Is this what you eat all week (7 days)? So your fish you cooked with the veggies & quinoa, you had 5-5.5oz portions of fish. Was that for 5 days?

    1. Yep! I actually have eaten close to this for months! I don't get bored and in competition prep it's easier to just keep it simple. And yes that fish was for 5 days.

  2. Hey Lindsey!! What temp and for how long did you do the meatballs? I have never thought about the air fryer!!! Thanks!

    1. Shoot, I don't even remember! Haha! I would just look up air fryer temps and do it for one that says meat balls. I think there is a common temp/time for that but I'd have to research again bc I didn't write it down. Whoops!
