Cilantro Lime Dressing — 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 3/4 cup white balsamic vinegar, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 10 splenda or stevia to taste, 2 tbsp fresh minced cilantro, 1 large lime squeezed, 2 TBSP light Agave nectar mix well in shaker jar and store in fridge up to 3 weeks

Fruit Salad Dressing — 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup grape seed oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp basil, 6-8 Splenda and 1 — 2 TBSP whole cream, 1.5 TBSP light Agave nectar, mix well in shaker jar and store in fridge

  1. We're did you get your scale? And how do you know how much to weigh out? I have never used one

    1. I believe this one is from Walmart, but my current one is from Amazon! And is depends on what your daily macro goals for how much to weigh out at each meal!

  2. I cook my sweet potatoes for just a few minutes in a pot with 1inch high water until water dries out. Easy.

    1. some foods spoil quicker than others I find, but I never eat anything beyond 7 days

  4. Thanks for sharing the dressing recipes and cream of rice. I saw another competitor that uses cream of rice also….must be pretty good. Do you have the macros for the dressings?
